Why do they persist?
The Big Ass Car is still the ultimate status symbol – everything from Jeep to Hummer and in reality, these cars are not used in an off-road environment at all. They clog up and congest our roads, guzzling petrol and leaving yeti sized carbon footprints all over the world. AND they cost a fortune to run and must be a bitch to park and if you’re parked next to one, proceed with caution because you can’t see past their big-asses into the road to see what is coming!
